THIS PRIVACY POLICY ("Privacy Policy") DESCRIBES HOW CLOUDS ANALYTICS ("CLOUDS ANALYTICS," "WE," "OUR," OR "US") COLLECTS, USES, AND PROTECTS INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH OUR WEBSITE AT HTTPS://WWW.CLOUDSANALYTICS.AI/ AND OUR MULTI-CLOUD MANAGEMENT AND FINOPS PLATFORM (TOGETHER, THE "SERVICES"). YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
Clouds Analytics provides a multi-cloud management and FinOps platform that helps organizations discover, monitor, schedule, optimize, and secure resources across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you are accessing the Services as a representative of an organization, this Policy binds both you individually and the organization.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted here, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change is posted means you accept the updated Policy.
- Information you provide to us. This includes your name, job title, company name, business email address, phone number, billing details, and login credentials, provided when you register for an account, request a demo, or contact us.
- Information collected automatically. When you use our website or Platform, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and similar usage data, including through cookies (see the Cookies section below).
- Cloud account and business information. To provide the Services, we access information from the AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments you connect, including resource inventory, configuration, tags, and cost/usage data, through a read-only, agentless connection that you authorize and control.
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Platform, including inventory discovery, scheduling, cost optimization, Kubernetes cost allocation, access governance, and security posture scanning
- Generate AI-driven and rule-based recommendations for rightsizing, scheduling, and cost savings
- Create and manage your account, process payments, and communicate with you about the Services
- Improve our Platform, troubleshoot issues, and keep our Services secure
- Send you product updates or marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
The Platform generates optimization, scheduling, and security recommendations using rule-based logic and machine-learning models applied to your cloud usage data. These recommendations are informational only, are reviewed and implemented at your discretion, and are not the result of any fully automated decision-making that would affect you without the opportunity for human review. You can contact us at support@cloudsanalytics.ai if you have questions about how a recommendation was generated.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, payment processing, customer support, and analytics tools, under confidentiality obligations
- Professional advisors and authorities, where required to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights or the safety of others
- A buyer or successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our business or assets
The Platform connects to your cloud accounts using read-only, agentless access that you configure and control. We do not install any agents on your infrastructure, and we access only the data necessary to provide the features you use. You can revoke this access at any time from your cloud provider console.
Clouds Analytics is based in Canada, and the information we collect is primarily stored and processed in Canada. Depending on the third-party service providers we use, some information may also be processed in other countries. Wherever your information is processed, we take reasonable steps to keep it secure and to handle it consistently with this Privacy Policy.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Cloud account connections and related data are deleted or de-authorized within a reasonable period after your subscription ends.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how our Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner; disabling certain cookies may affect how the Services work.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing communications. This includes rights available under the GDPR (for individuals in the EU/UK), the CCPA (for California residents), and similar data protection laws elsewhere. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@cloudsanalytics.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Our Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Our website and Platform may link to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
